I have soooo many but my fav has got to be the sweet treat
    Paleo banana Pancakes

2 bananas 2 eggs mixed together

You can either blend to a smooth batter type nix or leave a few bits of banana whole
Now the idea is you can tweak it add things in
Sometimes I add cinnamon sometimes I add a bit of almond butter sometimes I add some blueberries

You heat a frying pan, I only use coconut or walnut oil, then fry off in the normal way you would with pancakes

I serve these sometimes with fruit or a bit I whip coconut milk

Tried the pancakes made with egg and banana a while ago but just didn't like the taste.

    So I make these.

    Ingredients:
    • 3 eggs
    • 3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
    • 1 1/2 Tsp Agave Nectar(honey)
    • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
    • 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
    • Coconut oil to grease pan (this is for cooking them in)
    1. Combine all the above ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
    2. Make sure you beat them until there are no lumps, you can do this by hand with a whisk.
    3. Put some coconut oil in a frying pan and preheat on medium heat
    4. Spoon the batter on your pan to the desired size you would like(usually about 2 tbsp a pancake)
They won’t bubble on the top like traditional pancakes but should take about 3-4 minutes per side, you can do the spatula test and see how well it slides under.

Guess I am anal haha but I am strict on the amount of honey and coconut milk I use- that's not to say I don't use them but I have pancakes a couple of time a week so wouldn't allow myself the honey etc that much lol
When I bake my banana loaf I use honey and coconut shreds and coconut flour also but to be fair I bake it once in a blue moon.
I dunno the pancakes I make are basic and not overly sweet and I guess they aren't that flavoursome however when you eat nothing but slabs of meat veg and salad the pancakes for me taste as sweet as chocolate fudge cake hahaha

I guess it when you have them and how much , when you have pancakes as much as me and trying to lose weight I find even with just banana and eggs I have to limit them because my body is screwed up and I struggle to lose some weeks even though I eat strict as hell

Guess this is where all of our bodies differ

The banana round the side looks sooo good - I love bananas - big downfall haha
    Xx

Right that makes sense I try not to have any form of sugar (do occasionally fail though) but I do use stevia (probably shouldn't be using that either )...losing weight is such a nightmare ....I've recently put on loads and could kick myself
