    Cinnamon Apple Muffins

    2 cups almond flour
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/4 cup arrowroot powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2 medium size apples cored and diced

    Oven 350f for 30/35 mins.Makes 10.

    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Whisk wet ingredients and then add to dry.
    Fold in apples.
    Spoon into muffin cases.
    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Nice recipe , but you can change the fruit from the composition ? l am not a big fan of apples
