    Diet: 'Natural Human Diet'
    Current Weight: 8st7lb

    Microwave chocolate cupcake

    3 Tbs almond flour
    3 Tbs cocoa powder
    2 Tbs honey
    1 egg

    Mix altogether and divide into 2 cupcake cases.
    Microwave 2 mins.

    Because they were done in microwave they have no colour to them but they tasted yummy. You could put some Paleo frosting on them.
