2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup plus 1 cup Light or Extra Light Olive Oil(room temp)
Place egg and lime juice in blender and leave for 30 mins to come to room temp.
Add mustard,salt and 1/4 cup olive oil.
Blend for about 30 seconds.
Then very slowly drizzle the 1 cup of olive oil into the blender.
Continue until all oil is done.Don't pour it all in at the same time.
