Pcos, chinese herbal medcine and herbalife

Hi ladies I was diagnosed with pcos 2010, I went fr accupuncture and got a monthly cycle back haven't needed to go for a long time but I'm ttc and so 3 months of trying not long I know but with the history of pcos I figured i would give it a go. So I've to start herbal medcine for 3 month to help with period flow and reproductive system. I have "stagnant blood" defined by the presence of little clots and abdominal cramping, I haven't to try for 3 months either because of the herbs. (Il keep you posted on how that's going)

I'm overweight so that doesn't help so I've started herbalife and I love it I've lost nearly a stone in 6 weeks which is great for me, still a big chunk to go before I'm at a healthy bmi well for my height that's 11st 5! I am really looking forward to some good results. Is there anyone else who has had any experience with Chinese medicine and getting pregnant ?

Omg the herbal tea is yuck but if its going to get me sorted il have to power through :-/ x
