been on maintenance for 2 weeks now and have maintained, learning to lighten up a little now and not relying on food scales as much either (as daunting as it is) think i got portion control down to a fine art now

I went to prague for my tummy tuck and cant rate it high enough! Was (roughly) £2000, i know cheap, but would go back there in a flash....my arms are next....when I have got this excess weight off! (I had a gastric bypass 6 years ago as was 23stone). I am also a nurse and my husband works in anaesthetics......so knew what the risks were, and what we would be looking out for....amazing place....amazing surgeon!
Start - 15st 5lb
1st wk 14st 11lb.......= -9lb!! (7 days attack)
2nd wk 14st 13lb.....= +2lb
3rd wk 14st 10lb......= -3lb!
weigh in before nights=-2lb...total 11lb gone!
4th wk 14st 6lb.......13.5lb gone!!!
5th wk 14st 6lb.......period! ARSE!
5th wk 14st 5lb (finished period!)
Back. 14st 12lb.
Back On Track 1st Week 14st 5lb. (After 6 days attack)
2nd week 14st 2lb...(-3lb)
3rd week 14st 1lb....(-1lb)
That sounds good lovelyzobo. Can you tell me how you arranged it? I mean what company? Did you deal with a company here or did you go straight to a company in Prague. I'm so dreading saggy skin and am already looking into what I can do when the inevitable happens.
How did you check them out? Which company did you use? You must have found it easier to know what to look for in a company surgeon ect being in that field if work, will you be putting pics up? XxxOriginally Posted by lovelyzobo

I am booked in with bodies beautiful in Prague in 4 weeks! So excited, I'm paying 3200 for extended tummy tuck with muscles tightening, flighs for me and my oh, and a hotel for 11 nights! Can't complain xx
