Dinner: sw quiche with a small salad.

Be careful you don't go too low it can be bad for you in pregnancy losing too much weight x

Dinner: pasta with chopped tomatoes basil,garlic with a chicken breast

hey chick just had a little look through your diary and wanted to say well done im 19 weeks and back on slimming world as of today ..just hoping i can get into it and have some good losses xxkeep up the good work
Not long till babes arrival. really starting to look forward to seeing her and seeing how much weight i lose once she is here
Am back ladies :-) haven't been doing to badly I'm now 26 weeks and so far gained 9lb haven't stuck to plan as well as I'd have liked but still trying and excersizeing, been doing sw at home but am re joining group next week hope Ur all well xx

Put 11lbs on so far! Going in for c section a week tomorrow so hoping I can keep weight gain unde a stone! Xx
