    Swimming

    Hi girls in a lot of pain with my siatica my weight is piling on I have done no excersise in a week I am going to start swimming but I don't feel like it burns calories or anything x

    if your in a lot of pain hun them you most prob dont feel like exercising.
    how far gone are you and how mich weight have you put on since being pregnant ?

    I'm 17 weeks Sunday I went swimming it was ok but did hurt me I put 9 ib on I don't want to put more on I put 4 stone on with my first and getting it off was horrid it took over my life dieting I can't go throu that again but I only have to look at a sandwich or crisps and gain 3 ib x how much u put on x

    same here hun and i wnt to eat eVrything.im 18+6 and put 7lbs on hope i wnt be gaining any quicker as gt further on coz wverything already tighttt

    I'm 18 weeks and had put on 10lb but I lost 2lb this last week. I suffered with really bad SPD and sciatica with my first and it's coming back so I know how you feel hun, the weight isn't going to be kind to me as I get on later I could only get around on crutches and had no way to get to exercise, hope the swimming helps x

    Definitely, after 30 weeks I could only be in bed 4 hours at a time waking up every half hour to turn over because of the pain, I couldn't sit on the sofa for more than 20 minutes without getting up drove my hubby crazy lol but I never let it get me down, it's totally worth it, and I knew I'd get it again I just hoped it wouldn't come back so soon x
