Thread: Allergies and what to do about severe symptoms

Hi all,

I've suffered with allergies all my life and usually would take antihistamines most of the year. In the last few weeks my symptoms have been particularly bad, to the point where I had to take two days off work because it felt like a bad head cold. Anyway trying to avoid pills and wondered if anyone has any remedies I can use that have worked for them? I've tried the nasal sprays and they are hopeless...

You can take antihistamines, go and speak to your doc and they will be able to prescribe some safe ones x

the best way is seeing yr doctor as they say other friends, cauz they will know more for thos sutiation
