Hi everyone..:)
I found out on 13 of November 2013 that i am expecting again..now I am 7 weeks pregnant i think..for sure i am going to found out on Friday afternoon on my second visit to to doctor:p.
This is my fourth pregnancy actually. The first one ended up unexpectally at 27 weeks and the other 2 gave me 2 wonderfull children 1 boy and 1 girl.
At my previous pregnancies i was gaining too much weight, 20-25 kgs.After my births i was loosing every kilo to be honest but this time i want to keep off extra unnecessary weight since i am not 20 years old (I am 31..). I've noticed that when i gain weight i dont feel good about my self, i am loosing confidense and etc..
Hopefully if this weight loss diary is succesfull i will feel different this time!!!!

So, today i am going to buy lots of fruits and vegs and try to have a schedule every day!:)
I forgot to say that i am going to follow Slimming World program..I am not sure how it is for pregnancy but any tips are welcome!

I wish my self good luck, a healthy pregnancy and to all of you feeling the same as me. :)

I am not sure but i think EE is more suitable for pregnancy. Correct me if i am wrong!
Plus we are allowed 2 hea and 2 heb? Right?

Its just the beginning..sorry for my questions..

B-2 wholemeal bread-1hexb,1hexa 1 light cheese,tomatoe,cucumber,lettuce.
S-Fruits(Whatever i am going to buy today!)
L-Bulgur cooked with no oil,tomatoes,onions,side lettuce or boiled green beans-fat free yogurt.
S-Fruits
D-Omellette with vegs,onions,peppers..etc....

Later at night when i always want something sweet..i might eat fat free yogurt with honey(3 syns).
Any other ideas for sweet snacks???? syns or no syns..:)

Welcome Menta and Congratulations on your pregnancy :)
A few of us have tried to stick to SW through pregnancy, i have to confess i haven't done it very well, but i think if i hadn't at least tried my gain would be much more than 10lbs at 27 weeks!

I tried to follow the EE plan, but made sure i had plenty of calcium (i didn't really count my calcium intake - made sure i had some milk and yogurts) I also found i needed 2 HEb's on my hungry days (i didn't syn the second one). I know some other ladies on here have followed it much more strictly so can probably offer a bit more advice.

As you said I hope that I will gain the least if not loosing. Just try to have more a healthy plan during the day!!!:)

Congratulations on your pregnancy Menta!

I'm 37 weeks with my first baby, been trying to stick to SW but it is very hard. I've gained 2st 3.5 lbs so far which is more than I would have liked but I did have trouble with nausea and food aversions at the start so following SW was very tricky.

You get 2 HEXA and HEXB if you follow EE during pregnancy - they recommend you try to have both and use your syns too when you need them. I don't do EE so I do my own version of the green plan but that's cos I'm veggie and following EE seems daft to me if you don't eat meat ;)

Good luck with following SW - it's difficult but I have no doubt that you can do better than I have!

Hope all's going well so far with your pregnancy and that it continues to go well for the whole 9 months :) xxx

I am having also nausea and headache from the first day i found out the pregnancy..Its a bit odd to me since none of my previous pregnancies were like that..I dont know why this is so different..:)

I am happy for you..you are almost there!!! Its so good you are going to be home with your baby at Christmas!!!:)
You are going to loose weight in no time with the baby believe me! Breastfeeding helps a lot lot lot..!If you follow a good healthy food plan for breastfeeding, weight will go away in no time...:)

Aw thank you! Hoping he'll be here in time for Christmas, will be keeping everyone updated hehe. :)

I guess every pregnancy is different, some people never get nausea at all. I has nausea but luckily didn't get too sick. It was more the kinda travel sick spinny feeling and the food aversions I had trouble with, it was constant for weeks though and not very nice. :( Worth it though! xxx
 
Yesterday i wasnt feeling very well, so i wasnt on plan a lot..

b-syn santouits-a dish with fruits..banana,kiwi,apple
l-rice and yogurt
d-pork kebab with salad

small chocolates..:(

29/11/2013..TODAYs plan..

A little bit of anxious today..today i am going to the doctor for ultrasound..

b-2 wholemeal bread with 1 triangle cheese, a dish of fruits like yesterday
l-nothing i think no time for lunch..will see...
d-salmon with boiled vegs..green beans and brocolli..
 
aww your food looks good, sorry you weren't feeling great yesterday - just eat what you can when you aren't feeling great and don't worry too much about sticking to the plan :)

Hope your ultrasound goes ok today hun x
 
very relaxing weekend..not at plan at all..
had my ultrasound on friday..everything looks ok..
we 've heard the heartbeat..which is great..

L-roast pork with salad+orzo with tomoatoe
S-mandarins
D-probaply boiled peas, with 2 boiled eggs and small piece of feta cheese..not tasty i think but at nights i want something light for my stomach...
save something sweet for fat free yogurt with honey.instead 3 buiscuits..:)

after a few days of flu..today i went to the doctor..everything looks ok..todays weight after flu..68kg. 10 weeks..
todays food..apple,banana, and tea with 2 biscuits..
snack(!) 2 wholemealbread with i slice of full fat cheese(not prepared for office) with cheese and no butter.
lunch? last nights leftover of bass with lots of steamed vegs.
dinner..probably the same or boiled pasta with salad.
