Hello to anyone who pops in
I'm 18 weeks pregnant with number 4 I'm around 13 stone and have noticed myself slipping into bad eating habits - namely too much chocolate and sweet things, not enough fruit n veg Also not been exercising so feeling a bit fat and frumpy

Time to change I've followed slimming world before so I'm going back to what I know there in order to keep on straight and narrow
Starting tomorrow at least 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week I have armed myself with a few DVDs and hope to start aqua aerobics next month

Good day Walk and some resistance this morning
Breakfast and lunch on track Dinner ended up a couple of slices of frozen pizza
Gonna have some cereal now for my second healthy extras
 
Good start today again 20 minute walk and a short resistance routine squats, arm work Breakfast was fruit n fibre with low fat super milk Need to plan meals now so I don't fall into the fast food trap xx happy Sunday
 
Will be 19 weeks on Wednesday so gonna pick Wednesday as my weigh in day Not getting too hung up on numbers but just using it to gauge
No exercise this morning Have doc appointment for 2 kiddies so will hopefully get a DVD in later

Got a quick walk in before dinner Not the best day food wise but not a disaster either
