Diet: weight watchers gold member
had a baby 6 wks ago...

oh dear my jammy dodger cravings have left me two stone heavier..ive been back at weight watchers for 3 weeks and only lost 1llb so far!!!! fooking nitemare...any advice?

No advice really just stick with the ww and get the baby in the buggy and poud the roads, thats what i did. are you thinking of doing a vlcd?

Walking with the baby will do you lots of good. Try to resist sugary food and go for fruit and drink lots of fluids too.

Diet: following low GI and exercise
In fairness you only had your baby 6 weeks ago and it takes 3 months for your system to be back on form.....my doctor is really big into continuing to take pregnancy vits and mins for those three months cos your system is depleated..........
