i think you can get drops for their nose that really clear it out as well if they are having trouble feeding.

Kirsty is a grown woman and has made a decision to do cd. Everyone has made there feelings on this clear. And quite clearly Kirsty has taken ur opinions on board. But reading this is starting to feel like a witch hunt.

I think everyone should just leave her to get on with whatever she decides is best for her. No one needs all this animosity, in particular a new mummy, when ur hormones fluctuate enough as it is.

Im quite sure everyone does care for Kirsty. But to keep posting isnt going to change her mind. So maybe everyone could just lay of her, and let her decide what she wants to do with her body.
    Thanks luv

It's one of my fears when my baby makes an arrival - worrie sick how they eat when they have a blocked nose?? Iv probably just made an idiot of myself and it's as simple as cup feeding or something ha but I hope sienna is better anyway!!

mrs dd this is what I was trying to say albeit unsucessfully! But I hope Kirsty feels she can still come on here as I would miss her frendship and support xxx
    Hi

Well been so so busy lately with work and Sienna

Sienna was 6 weeks old yesterday and is now weighing 8lbs 7ounces!

Its quite upsetting of how quickly it goes but then as she grows so is her personality

Sienna is so content its great, sleeping through every night! I love taking her to work with me and honestly feel that if i couldnt take her with me i wouldnt go in lol

I am looking for a cheapish bouncer if anyones can recommend one or has one they are selling? I have one wich swings, lights up and plays music but would rather not have to carry it back and forth to work and would like to keep that one in the house

I have just boxed up some of Siennas newborn clothes as some have become to small (only on her feet lol) so they r boxed and ready for my next little bundle of joy (18 months ish)

Its weird but i know feel content myself.... i think i have been ready for a while to have children but didnt realise this untill i fell pg (unplanned but very much wanted). I now feel the luckiest person in the world and im sure many of u feel the same!

Had a little look at a nursery yesterday and cant believe the prices..... £35 for 18 & 20 y/o to mind 3 babys at once. They also said thats its rare for a baby younger than 7 months to b there??? This just made me feel like a bad mum

Me and Alan r getting on better than ever lately, apart frm the whole cd thing as he is not happy at all but i wont go into it lol

Hope everyones bumps and babys r well!!!

    x

Goodness not been here for a while and am shocked by the witch hunt comment.. ((hugs)) not sure whats gone on, but hope you're ok.

Glad Sienna is doing well and what a great weight she is! ((hugs)) time does go too fast but there are so many lovely things to see and share with Sienna that you'll enjoy every step of the way I'm sure.

Just had a quick read - I'm not going to go into it, sounds like you've made your decision and whilst personally it's not what I'd make, it's your life and I can't influence you against what you decide.

Regarding baby's blocked nose, can recommend using the sucker thing from boots/mothercare etc for clearing nose, but if bottle feeding allow baby to have breaks etc and they'll be fine. If BF then its a bit more awkward.

Can't remember the age - think it's 3 months but olbas and the likes are good for clearing noses too. If baby too young then a steamy room (bathroom) can help shift the gunk / clear nose.

hey honey. it's good to have you back. sorry the comments on here upset you. glad you came back though. it's your life and nothing anyone says can make a decision for you. i think on the whole everyone wanted to help but some of the advice wasn't that exactly. it was a bit too forceful. like PH, not a decision i would make myself, but i am sure you are capable of making a decision about your own life and i'm not about to judge you for that

so glad that you and sienna are doing fine. that sounds awful about alan's dad!! why on earth would he do that!! crazy!!

    Still.. doesn't last long.

Glad Sienna is getting a bit better, and as for FIL well just ignore his games.. sounds like he's out to wind you up and can't help but wonder why he's playing games.. perhaps he's jealous or just an idiot?

Mrs D we have the opposite problem.. lots of bigger stuff but in winter fabrics.. so Catrin won't be wearing it, they haven't even thought about WHEN it will fit her - i.e. a thick fleece coat for a 6 month old.. so it'd be July then.. Given that she's still in newborn stuff now there is a remote chance she could fit it in the autumn lol but they didn't know that.. and this is from my BIL and SIL.
    Aww well families eh!

What chairs are you looking at for Sienna Kirsty?
Catrin is just taking to her chair now, but isn't overly convinced still. lol
