And welcome another CD'er!! lol there are loads of us on here.. amazing diet for conceiving! lol I have admittedly put 7lb back on.. but I 'earnt' 4lb of that over my daughters birthday weekend and then failing to get back on plan for 2 weeks after that. I found out at that point I was pregnant, so thing this may have been why I was struggling. BUT.. the other 3lb is because I've been terrible for the last 5 weeks! ![]() Am being better as of today and hoping to lose a few lbs gradually by being better. SW is fine while pregnant so perhaps using that as a guide would help you maintain your weight loss? The boob job sounds fab! lol hope all heals well and that they're where they should be in 9 months! lol I'm sure they will be. Look forward to seeing you around the board

Im eating healthy at the min, 3 meals a day and one or two healthy snacks but im TERRIFIED of putting my weight back on after all i did have another stone to go. I have struggled getting back on CD for the past 6 weeks but have maintained my weight since ![]() Im hoping the boobs will be ok and im already using stretch mark creams just in case hehe Ive even started picking out names lol as its started sinking in now and therefore the excitement is growing!!! What are you doing at the gym? have you had to change it now your pregnant? I used to do karate and swimming but haven't been doing anything recently, I pulled a muscle I think in the early weeks and as it led to me being scanned for a feared ectopic I have avoided exercise. Really miss it though. I had hoped to be riding this summer too, but that's definately out of the window! lol

Im determined not to pile the pounds on lol Is is possibly to start to show this early as i feel i have put weight on around me tummy (although hips etc remain the same)??? I could kick myself as i threw away all my bigs clothes after getting into size 10's and mow i havent got anything bigger lol. Looks like ill be buying bigger clothes again ![]() I can understand how thats scared u hun I myself r terrified, everytime i go to the toilet i check (iykwim) its got to the point where im trying not to go the toilet?!?!x |

Terrified of going to the toilet. Cant wait to get passed 12 weeks. I did 10 mins on the vibration machine yesterday at low.
