Wake up call

After the Death of Richard Briers R.I.P it's certainly given me a wake up call. I'm a two pack a day smoker and very obese!' Just received Skycig and although it made cough so much it made sick, I'm sticking with it!!' My weight can wait!! Although I will try and eat as healthily as possible!! Got an appointment on Thursday with smoking advisor but decided to stop as of tomorrow. Good luck guys. Xxx

My Skycig is brilliant no coughing this morning or anything!! It's great. If only Richard Brriars used an ecig. Still 79 is not a bad age I suppose but still very sad. Frightening though.
No more chest infections for me and will hopefully be able to excercise more. Lose some weight too. Exciting!! Can hopefully be the woman I've always wanted to be. Healthy at last!! Would be nice to have a stop smoking buddy. Xxx Annabelle
