I have seen some people talking about a very low calorie recipe for stewed apples. Could someone fill me in please? I am hoping it will help me with my sweet tooth
I have lost over 7 stone and now I help support and motivate people on my very active Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hungryhealthyhappy) and my website (www.hungryhealthyhappy.com)
From December 2008 to May 2011 I lost over 90lbs and gone from a size 22 to an 8-10 and reached my, then, goal. I now want to lose an extra stone and tone up for my holiday in September.

Quite often when I dont know what to eat for a meal I will chop an apple up into little cubes add some cinnamon and whack it in the microwave for a couple of seconds. I really do love hot apple and you get the consistancy of apple sauce if you leave the heat on for long enough.
I know its not directly answering your question; but it is gorgeous!
