Can someone calculate this please
I've just made a delicious celery soup. Have used an online calculator but it seems very low...if it really is that low I think I will make it more often. It was thick, creamy and very filling.
5 medium stalks of celery
1 medium onion
2 cups of 1% milk
2 1/4 tablespoons of flour
Pinch of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
The online calculator has put it as 80 calories 13carbs 1fat 4 protein.. Seems very low to me but if correct I think its a winner
Is there anything that I should be adding to make it more balanced?
