I think that if you don't write everything down, there can be a tendancy to become a bit lapse and then before you know it you are not writting that chocolate treat down that you had while watching telly, and wondering why you aren't loosing weight.

OMG they are delicious. Its an easter egg from Aldi all 100g of it. Its chocolate covered praline with a marzipan centre and I thought I had died and gone to heaven eating it, but no, on reflection not worth the calories (at the time, worth every single one):cry:Done now so satisfied the urge, just means no treat Wednesday at the pictures lol. (I did buy it for this in the first place but just couldn't wait to eat it)

It's my birthday on the Th March,(shh 50!) but I have friends over from America on Friday to start the celebrations, so I will need them for some birthday cake and a bit of a drinker:D:D. I've got lots of drips and drabs of celebrations next week too so I will be banking again next week lol. Thankfully, my birthday and Mothers day are on the same day, so I can at least kill 2 birds with one stone there. I think I will be going into hospital on the 17th March for my opp to have a flipping rest, and of course, the hospital food will be great for the diet - inedible!:eek:
