Hi everyone & I'm really pleased to be joining you all X

I'm Kay, 29 & have been doing SW since Feb 2011. I was doing really well (lost just under 3st) & then I found myself constantly on and off plan (have been messing around with the same few lbs on and off since June!) so I'm now thinking time for change...
I have got my Rosemary Conley amazing inch loss book to read over the weekend, online membership & pile of old magazines ready to plan for my 2 week kickstart so I'll post on Monday with my weight & measurements and hopefully get the 3.5st left to lose OFF for good x

Yes, it's very different to sw! Portion size will be your biggest hurdle. You adjust very quickly though. I've just finished my 4th week and have lost 13lbs. Can't believe I've lost nearly a stone in a month! The first 2 weeks are the hardest but the 3rd week where you get the extra treats are great! I do miss my bad foods but not as much as I thought. It's nice to wake in the morning feeling lighter and not bloated

Wow! 13lb in a month is awesome

I had noticed the portion control as a possible issue but possible weight losses like yours will hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow...

Hi everyone, so as you can all see i didnt give RC a chance last time but after falling off the SW wagon AGAIN! I am going to give solo slim a try starting today hoping the strictness will stop me thinking i can eat what i want?!? Im thinking cereal for breakfast, solo slim soup for lunch, solo slim meal for tea, fruit & low fat hot chocolate for snacks & cups of tea with milk allowance... Does this sound right??? Also hoping to add exercise, so thats the plan & heres my stats:

    Weight: 13st 3lb
    Bust: 38"
    Waist: 32.5"
    Hips: 46"
