Hi guys does this sound ok I'm now on day 3 on rc and 1200

Today for example I have had a red pot of fruit and fibre
Skimmed milk from allowance of 450ml

Lunch 1 ww bagel and 2 laughing cow all under 5%

Dinner sausage and mash from ww and micro veg

Apple as power snack

And will have other power snack a hot choc tonight

I still have 175 cals left am I doing ok

Oh and 15 on excercise bike and 20 bike
