Here I go again! Lauras Food Diary

Hi, i've just joined here in the hope of some inspiration. I have done the Rosemary Conley diet before and have been very successful but am struggling to stick to it after putting loads of weight on after my 2nd child.

I'm starting a fresh today so hopefully doing a food diary will help keep me on track!

Breakfast: 2 x slice WW bread toasted with jam

Lunch: Prawn Sandwich (Waitrose Healthy) 305kcal

Tea: Garlic Mushroom Pasta 400kcal

also had 2 x green tea and a bowl of fruit salad

Breakfast: Tesco Light Choices Pancakes with maple syrup + cup of green tea

Lunch: Bowl of fruit salad plus a pot yogurt cherry granola

Tea: Kebab (healthy style from recipes on here)

snacks: 2 bananas
 
Hi, sounds great I am new on here, but try eating more fruit and some veg on a daily basis, apples fill me up between meals and are super for you body!
