Hi There,
well after writing an explanation on how the Rosemary Conley programme works i'm feeling more and more positive so as of tomorrow i'l start a diary and seeing as im of to london for a day and staying in a hotel tomorrow night i'l need all the help i can get

well the less said about london, hotel borough market and anything to do with food the better lets just say i feel 5lbs heavier
