hello new to RC, thought the foods had to be less than 5% fat? is it diff in recipes then to be higher fat per 100g?thanks

the fat content mentioned is per serving, not per 100g, so looking at all the ingredients the weight of the meal is a lot more that 100g, so will be under 5%.

ahh i see. but what about as in general, you go by the 5% rule per 100g, cheese is higher than that, so is it then used as treat?say i wanted cheese on a potato or in pasta, sorry to sound thick, just this all new to me.

Cut onion into small diced pieces, mix together with the mince & combine it all into meatballs. It made me 3 balls.
Then grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Cook the passata with the beef oxo & herbs in a pan on a low light. Once meatballs are cooked add them to the pan of passata.

Cook the spaghetti & serve with the meatballs.
