    You know what, i'm always looking at diets, namely RC diets, planning them and yet always falling off them! I managed to buy a good bundle of books off ebay and have been making menu ideas tonight. You look incredible, and you work hard to achieve results.

    Before I bought the RC books, I bought a book called Diiets don't work and also
    Marisa Peers you can be thin, i'm also reading a book called Eating Less, why is it I can devote so much time to these things yet never get anywhere.
    But you've got the determination to do it, blimey if I had an ounce of your motivation, you look fabulous!

    I am back, had a bad few weeks but ready to get back in shape in time for xmas.
    Weighed in on Thurs morning and didnt like what I saw lol!!

    I today received RC's latest recipe book so cant wait to try some meals from that and also the new mag. Got a food shop coming tonight too.
