Do i have to increase cals
Hi guys I have done soooo well on 1200 and hVe increased my cAls to 1400 yet I seem to of not lost any weight or in fact put on a pound I excercise daily and cannot understand why would it do me any harm to stay on 1200 cAls as I seem to be losing this way xxx

I don't know but would think your body might go into starvation mode and hold onto any cals consumed??
