slimming world to Rosemary Conely ?
Hi All,
I wonder if anyone could possibly spare a second to help me? I know this sounds silly but i am currently on slimming world and i have tried ww as well as other diets, but ive never tried Rosemary Conely, i think this is because i do not have a clue how it works, i keep reading about it but still feel confused!
Would anyone beable to shed some light, and tell me what sort of things you can eat and how you plan meals etc.

Rosemary Conley is calorie based, the aim is to stick with 1200-1400 calories a day and stick with foods which are 5% fat or less per 100g.
I did Slimming world for 3 years and although I loved it I needed a change so now doing this plan and its great to have different meals etc.
I also like the fact you can still enjoying cooking meals from scratch or at busier times of your life you can go out a grab a ready meal or ready sandwich and still lose weight
