I'm Back (Again!)
Hi all,
Just thought I'd say hello! I'm doing Rosemary Conley from the magazine for a couple of weeks then I'll be going back to class after a year off from dieting. I would go back to class this week but I am moving in 2 weeks, so I have to pack around working full time! That's going to be my exercise lol!

How is the dieting going so far? can you give some info, as Ii am thinking of going RC on line. I used to go to class, but there isnt one near to me. I lost a lot of weight back then, and have been happy with my weight but recently put on a stone so really like to shift it and go back to what I was before. Any info is much appreciated, good luck with the moving..
