Week 1 and back on the RC plan!!!
Hi all just thought I'd say a quick hello! I've decided to kick start my diet again and go back on the RC plan! I lost 4 stone last year and felt great so I know it works. I've put a stone back on due to my own unhealthy choices and lack of motivation! But I'm back now and ready to continue this weight loss!!!

I started on Monday. Did the plan approx 10 years ago after I had my son.
have done Slimming World since, but I am a big eater and think this is why I have gained weight again.
so think RC will be better for my long term weight loss as I need to cut my portions down.
i have 2st 11 lbs to lose
