    Hi, I started a week and a half ago and have lost 7lbs. Loving it so far!

    MRSCAT, what do you do for eating out? I am out with friends tomorrow at an Italian, was thinking pasta in some sort of tomato sauce.

    Sorry, had been away. in truth I told myself if I was going to go out I would eat normally, however I would go straight back to calorie counting the very next day. This has worked for me, in the past I always thought I had blew it and would carry on overeating. However I told myself this time that i may put on weight or stay the same but as I am on this diet for the long term I don't beat myself up about the odd week. i am still losing weight.
