Advice please on how RC works?

Hi, have done RC in the past and am tempted to come back. Just wondered how it works now a days, is it still a low number of cals to start with then increase to a higher, more manageable amount a few weeks in?

Any tips, advice or info would be gratefully received?!

Hi,

I've only started RC last week so don't know all the ins and outs...but basically it's 1200 cals for the first two weeks, 1400 for the next 2wks after that and then a set number of calories based on your age and weight from then on. No alcohol or treats in the first two weeks either and everything has to be under the 5% of fat per 100g rule, except for high fat treats after week 2.

I got some solo slim foods from the website (Try me food box was £34.99 at the time) and so far I've had 2 soups and 2 ready meals and they have all been really tasty. I've also been to a couple of the classes and have enjoyed the exercise, I am new to aerobics but found it easy to keep up with everyone and felt like I got a really good workout too.

Hi Hun if you google fat attack or kick start plan for rosemary Conley you can find lots of cheeky menu plans ;) it's 1200 for first 2 weeks and nothing over 5% fat, then 1400 xx
