New to RC - started Monday

Hi!

Joined a RC class on Monday & so far so good.

i've already lost 4st 7lbs on WW but for the last year have not been able to shift anymore despite needing to lose the same amount again!
I've lost 5 dress sizes so far & through Zumba, body pump, spinning, kettlebells & more recently running I've toned up pretty well & don't have too much flabby skin.

So decided to try RC to see if I can shift the last of my weight.

I also went back to Rosemary Conley class on Monday.

I lost 5st with WW and managed to maintain until a year ago when I moved in with my partner and have put on 1st.

Love exercise but have damaged my hand and waiting for op so can only do cardio exercise with no arms :)
