    First day complete

    Hi all

    i don't see much activity in Rosemary conley forum, so I thought I'd get things moving. I'm determined to get this weight off, managed a 15 minute brisk walk today and have stuck to the plan. I'd love to hear from anyone else doing Rosemary Conley.

    I did my second day today, feeling a little emotional as my youngest starts reception tomorrow. Did a work out to try and improve my mood. Stuck to plan, have lots of milk left!

    looking forward to day 3, enjoying the meals, the portions for dinner are big.

    3rd and 4th day went well, stuck to the calories, exercised, really enjoying the plan, there's so much to eat, it's healthy food, looking forward to weigh in on Monday xxx
