How many calories are you on?

Thought I'd ask this question as when I began after doing the intial 2 weeks I was put on 1800 calories, I'm now on between 1600-1700 calories.

I'm meant to be on 1680, but some days I probably don't get more than 1500

I am on my last day of 1200 although I seem to average abut 900. I am expecting to be on 1800 but will find out tomorrow.

I found out on Monday that I am on 1800 but I can't eat that much! I average about 900-1000 a day. MY RC lady said it is fine but if my losses start to slow down I should increase my calorie intake.

I have to disagree with your RC lady, the minimum you should be on is 1200 if you are struggling you need to work out why. 900- 1000 calories are not enough for a sustainable diet. We spoke to Rosemary Conley about this at her roadshow and she explained that 1200 calories as the kick start is that for a reason. What's your typical days meal plan?
