Thumbs up Hello fellow rosemarys ....

Im a new starter, very new started yesterday. Im doing the 14 day kickstart gi hip and thigh diet. Can anyone help me plan my days food ? Or give me ideas for breakfasts worth 200kcal luches worth 300kcal and dinners worth 400kcal.

For breakfast today i had 2 slices of weight watchers bread (wholemeal) with 115g (blue portion pot) baked beans. Then an apple mid-morning, for lunch i had a wholemeal pitta with a small amount of chicken breast and salad and a shape yoghurt (taken from my milk allowance) I just had another apple. And for dinner im going to have a weight watchers salmon and broccoli wedge melt (only 297 kcals and less than 5% fat) with steamed veg.

    Anyone else a recent newby ? x

    Hi Claire

I started RC 4 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. In my first week I ordered the RC book from play.com - I got it for £4.49 free delivery. It has lots more suggested breakfasts/lunches and dinners as well as more recipes.

As a treat last week I also bought the new Slim 2 Win cook book - which I also got for a good price with free delivery from play.com. It has some fab recipes in.

The magazines also have meal suggestions and menus. I will buy this each month now as I have cooked most of the recipes from the latest one!

Have a look through the lil books that you got with your starter pack - they have some good ideas and recipes in.

My friend at work has also just started on RC. My best tip for her this week has been to make sure you have variety in your diet so you don't get fed up of it. It does get easier as you get into it and you will realise just how flexible you can be.

Enjoy it and good luck with your loss!

    Kat
