loved it !!!!
never expected to like it , let alone luuurve it
marinated in low salt soy sauce, garlic and ginger over night and then pressed it between paper towels to dry it out a bit (thanks b.l !!) it was gorgeous dry fried and added in a stir fry with prawns ( the prawns were in case i hated the tofu !!! (a comfort blanket)
but have a portion of the stir fry left for tomorrow so happy happy joy joy
does anyone have other tips on cooking / marinading it ?
