Quick bit of advice from the pro's needed - oil

    Hello lovelies
I am ending abstinence after 9 long months on 31st March, I left LL officially a bit ago, and have been using Exante packs. I am on the whole going to follow LL RTM using the fab sticky on here, and have been planning it meticulously (give me a spreadsheet and a set of rules andI am a happy bunny!) just wondered when you can start using olive oil in cooking - the spray sort and the non- spray.
    Any advice for me?
    Thanks

Hi Peony - you have done brilliantly! It is exciting to plan eating again isn't it.

Officially there is no mention of oils on RTM, the encouragement is to 'dry fry' using water or stock. However, I would say go for the spray oil and it will be fine. It's a great way to do roast root veggies. Keep it to a minimum though.

Thanks both, I think I will use the spray oil in a couple of weeks, am planning on sticking to baked chicken and hot smoked fish with leaves for the first couple of weeks but might get adventurous after that!

Well done both of you by the way, you are doing so well.
