    First day starting RTM

    Hi All
    well I officially start RTM today, feeling quite nervous but a little excited aswell
    need to sit down and have really good read of the book over weekend , im looking forward to eating a small bit of chicken tonight must admit

    19/08/10 2.2lbs = 23.7lbs
    26/08/10 3lbs = 27lbs
    2/9 2.5lbs = 29.5lbs

    16/09 1.76lbs total in 10 weeks 35lbs
    23/09 4lbs 39lbs
    30/09 0.5lb (due to spa day 27/09 had lunch salmon and carrots) 39.5lbs

    21/10 3lbs 48lb
    28/10/ 2lbs 50lb due totm)
    4/11/ 6lb 4 stone! 56lbs so happy!

    It's a bit scary at first isn't it, but one thing my LLC said that stuck in my memory:
