Thread: Heartburn, anyone?

I've just started week two of rtm. I had my porridge as usual this morning but now have terrible heartburn. Has anyone else had the same?

The LL soups used to give me heartburn and I used to get heartburn a lot before I joined RTM, especially when eating anything from Gregg's.

I have found that high levels of fat give me heartburn but it can't be that for you. What are you eating now?

I found gaviscon mint tablets used to work the best for me (the lemon ones are the most vile thing I think I have ever tasted).
