    Hummos? Need help..

    I start Week 2 of RTM tomorrow and i as my tesco is now a mini one until they build a big one.. it has hardly any low fat dips at all! So i picked up low fat hummos until i get a food processor to make my own but is it safe? x

    Foundation and Development:
    Weeks 1 - 41 = -114 1/2lbs !!


    Route to Management:
    Week 1 - 1lb (better than nothing at all!)
    Week 2 - 2lb
    Week 3 - 1.5lb
    Week 4 - +2lb (poorly plus antibiotics?)
    Week 5 - -2.5lb

    It will be ok when you introduce pulses,you know kidney beans etc,as it's a complex carb Hun!

    My little sister is staying so ill give it to her lol, shes already been dipping a spoon for her salads anyway so shell be extremely happy she has a pot to herself hehe xxx
