    Hunger

From any one who has used this diet for a decent amount of time. I would be grateful to know whether its true that once you have adapted to this you no longer feel hunger?

That's right, once your body has used up it's stores of glycogen you go into ketosis whereby you start using up your fat stores. One of the great things about ketosis is that it stops feelings of true hunger I found that I did feel "hungry" at times but this was more a craving to eat as opposed to the physical feeling so could be very easily distracted from it!

    TOTAL WEIGHTLOSS SINCE FEB 2011

I started Lighter Life on 21st February 2011 at 16st 1lb and completed Route to Management weighing in at 12st 3lbs at the end of August.

I've struggled with maintaining and put on 8lbs so am now determined to get down to 12st.
