    I hope this might help

    I am sooo pleased we have a Route to Management sub-forum!

    When I started Route to Management last year (and really didn't get my act together), I wrote a guide about how NOT to do RtM.

    I also referenced all the brilliant RtM threads, particularly Amanda Jayne's so I'll include the link here and you can find all the good stuff that was on minis last year.

    (Admittedly, it DOES go on a bit - so apologies - I'd write something v.different now!)

    I'm not on RtM yet but will soon be starting. Thanks for this fantastic post which I have printed and am cutting out exerpts of to put in my scrapbook.

    It was great to read these posts again! Hope you are getting on well?

    I also wanted to thank you for putting me onto Shauna Reid's 'DietGirl' book - I loved it and she has inspired me to start exercising!

    I'm now on week 4 RtM and struggling badly - your advice re making it a military operation and sticking to it like the fist weeks of Foundation is spot on...unfortunately I did not do this and am currently battling with sugar cravings from hell!

    I am a planner and after reading some of your stuff realised I need to start planning for RTM, I have just been drifting along in abstinence but have only got just over a stone left, it seems to have crept up on me, LOL. So I got my RTM book from my LLC to get started.
    I feel very calm about it just now.
