My Mood: Rep Power: 0 ![]() ![]() Diet: Lighter Life | Is it possible to speed it up? Is it possible to fasten RtM up? As in merge weeks 1-2, 3-4 etc. Maybe not the final few weeks when we introduce bread and cereals etc but for the first say 8 weeks? I'm feeling drained and really want to get some good old fruit and veg in me! I really am struggling at the moment and am not feeling great! I am going to talk to my LLC tomorrow but wanted opinions.
