Hi Everyone it has been a while since I have been on a diet so decided I am going to start a diary to help me not to slip. There aren't many threads on Scottish Slimmers so this might help some people. Here goes. I will use a / to split my checks and fat.

Thursday 13/10/11
Breakfast:
2 x Wholemeal Bread(6/2) with cheese(0/5) allowance(Cheese slices x2). Total (6/7)

Morning Snacks:
Orange from allowance.
Deli24 cheese and pepperoni stick(3/5).
Semi-skim milk in tea and coffee(100ml) (2/2)
Total (5/7)

Lunch:
Soup Selection(10/5) from Pep Plus book(I am having a Weight Watchers soup with 2 slices of bread).
30g of low fat cheese(4/7). Total(14/12)

Afternoon Snacks:
Fruitypot Nectarines in fruit juice(3/2). Total (3/2)

Dinner:
Pizza and salad from pep plus (10/8). Total (10/8)

Total for the day (38/36)

Fat was a bit high but will try do better over the weekend.

Tonight I am having a bit of a bad night so going to be extra good today. :(

Breakfast:
Almost Croque Monsieur from pep plus (8/5). Total (8/5)

Morning Snack:
Semi-skim milk in tea and coffee(100ml) (2/2)
Deli24 cheese and pepperoni stick(3/5). Total(5/7)

Lunch:
Soup Selection(10/5) from Pep Plus book(I am having a Weight Watchers soup with 1 small roll).
Cheese from allowance in roll with some tomatoes(0/5). Total(10/10)
 
Wednesday 19th October 2011

Had a bad weekend but started back again Monday. Need to be more strict on putting up my checks. :)

Breakfast:
Bagel with soft cheese from pep plus book (8/6)
Total (8/6)

Morning Snack:
Two nectarines from fruit allowance.
Milk in tea/coffee (2/2).
Total (2/2)

Lunch:
Egg and cress sandwich from pep plus book (10/11)
Bernard Matthews wafer thin turkey ham 20g (1/1)
Total(11/12)

Afternoon Snack:
deli 24 cheese wrap (3/5)
Total (3/5)

Dinner:
Chicken mushroom and red pesto pasta from pep plus book (15/8)
Total(15/8)

Supper:
Weight watchers caramel mallow (2/1)
Total(2/1)

Total for the day (41/34)

Think I need to cut down on some things if I want to lose some weight this week :cry:

Dolce gusto skinny cappuccino (2/0).

Nectarine and apple from allowance
Milk from allowance

Lunch:
Egg and cress sandwich from pep plus book (10/11)
Ambrosia low fat custard (5/3)
Total(15/14)

Afternoon Snack:
One oreo (2/2)
