    Shake that wight

    As anyone heard of or tried the above diet, they are uk based and sell VLCD shakes at less that 1 per shake, how do we really know what is put into these shakes with colories, fat, sugar, salt and carb contents.

    Hiya, I brought these about 3weeks ago and started on then 4days ago and already lost 7lb so something's working, I've also got loads of exante and cambridge left in my cupboard so will just mix and match as I start to get low. I will definitely be ordering more of these thou, as unlike all the others they taste seriously nice, chocolate actually taste like a proper choc milkshake. Hope this helps x

    Well done on your loss yes I did order some and lost 10lb in wk 1 and they do taste really nice. Also got s&s shakes and porridge to get through. Think best offers at moment if only having shakes is shake that weight 84 shakes including p&p 81.00. 20 pw a bargain compared to some.

    Shake that weight seems to be the cheapest and from what I've heard they are really tasty.

    I've also tried lipotrim and slim and save, with lipotrim you just had three shakes a day and they were around 145 calories each? I was wondering, to save money would it be possible to do that with shake that weight, just have three a day with plenty of water.
    I have 4 days of slim and save that I want to use up and then make my order.
    I can only have the chocolate, what is the chocolate like on shake that weight compared to slim and save?

    Hey ya, that's exact what I'm doing now, I did lipotrim last year and lost 4 stone. Unfortunately I put 2 and a half back on through eating crap. I've done shake that weight for the odd week here and there but kept slipping up but this time I'm absolutely determined as I'm getting married and don't want to be fat!
    So today is day 1 (again) and one shake down and lots of water
    I only have chocolate and it's a nicer than lipotrim but I do blend it with Ice to stop it being powdery,
    I'm going to do 3 a day like I did with lipotrim x

    Oh good, I didn't really like lipotrim, although I stayed on it for around four months.
    How exciting, I'm sure you will reach your goal in time for your wedding.
