    1st day of Shake that weight...any buddies?

    Hi I'm usually do Cambridge and did that 2 years ago and lost 4stone gradually over the 2 years It has crept on due to stopping smoking....which has been nearly a year now....I know I can do it as done it before so thought would try shake the weight as Cambridge can be expensive I ordered chocolate shakes and have them warm they lovely and intend to just have 3 a day....I'm currently 17st 3lbs at the moment so if anyone wants to join me on my path then your more than welcome

    Well managed to overcome day 1 with just 3 shakes and water didn't sleep too well which I think will be lack of food....here is to day 2 ...x

    I have a terrible headache today just had some pain killers. I hope I lose as much as you that is a great moral booster.

    Hi jojo73 ill be your buddie too ive been on shake that weight diet for 5 weeks now and have so far lost a stone and my partner is also doing the diet and she has lost 18lbs in the same amount of time. we can all go through it together.

    hi there i found that one day 3 i had a headache just stick with it as after that you will be fine ive had the odd headache during my 5 weeks but just keep drinking the water.

    Jayne's right about the headache thing, I had that too. Tbh I struggle to drink the water but I do try. I find it easier to stay focused during the week when I'm busy at work than I do at weekends when the opportunity to 'cheat' is more apparent.

    I'm off to look for an outfit for a wedding today. I'm in a quandary as to what size to buy as it's 3 weeks tomorrow...

    Glad to hear it. I had a successful shopping trip and am now the proud owner of an wedding outfit considerably smaller than I would have needed previously.
