So. ... New to stw... did cda few years back but put it all back on and more. I've been referred for weight loss surgery but I feel I need to show im desperate. .... shakes arrived today. ..I have to say I'm looking forward to the weight loss but I'm not looking forward to the diet! !!!! At least im honest!!

The scales say 6 off. ... But wad a bit naughty today. ..eeek!!! Back on track tomorrow. .x
