Does anyone have any tips to boost weight loss. Im 100% this week and was wondering if anyone has some tips? Is light exercise worth trying?


On a VLCD you're doing as much as you can as it is to get maximum results. There's really nothing else you can do


Make sure you're drinking enough water and let nature do the rest!
Reached goal of 130 lbs to lose.
On maintenance I'm a little higher than I would like to be...

Thats good to hear! I am really trying to boost weight loss too for January....I am worried about falling off the wagon but really determined to be fab for my birthday in July!
