    boost weight loss?

    Does anyone have any tips to boost weight loss. Im 100% this week and was wondering if anyone has some tips? Is light exercise worth trying?

    On a VLCD you're doing as much as you can as it is to get maximum results. There's really nothing else you can do

    I drink around 3 litres spread out through the day. I will just keep my fingers crossed for weigh in lol

    If you stick to any vlcd 100% and drink your water you WILL lose weight. That's what's so great about them: they work!

    Thats good to hear! I am really trying to boost weight loss too for January....I am worried about falling off the wagon but really determined to be fab for my birthday in July!
