    Talking newbie in need of abit of help

    My 1st delivery arrived around 4pm which im far too over excited about

    should i start today and have a pack for my dinner?
    or wait and start tomorrow from breakfast onwards?

    Thank you for any advice

    day 2 and going strong
    not hungry in the slightest but really thirsty, ive drank roughly 2 litres of water today
    did anyone else find this?
    does it go off after a while?

    Well done for getting to day 2! You need to be drinking about 3 litres a day, if you feel thirsty just drink more-but space it out, as too much in one go is when it gets dangerous x good luck x

    coming into day 4 and the thirst is going
    not been tempted by food in the slightest, even cooked the other half some chips and didnt steal one! progress!! haha
    im drinking closer to 3 litres, about 300ml - 500ml at a time
    going to get some water flavouring.
    im so motivated
