    Day One, any other new starters? Or old ones with advice ;)

    Hey all, Day one today. Had my shake now off to work with a bar in my bag

    Am really quite focused today, which is good as I know the hard week is just beginning!! Any new starters or any advice, gratefully accepted!!

    Week one - 10lbs Loss
    Week Two - 4lbs loss - One stone gone!!
    Week Three - 3lbs loss. Total Loss = 17lbs
    Week Four - 1lb loss, hoped for more Total Loss = 18lbs!!

    Hi loopy, I'm on day 2 after a little lapse, my advice is drink lots, go to bed eearly if you can and within 4/5 days you will be into ketosis. This diet works and is fast if you follow it. Good luck x

    Lost 6 stone in 2010, had my second baby on 27th April 2011 so ready to start my journey to lose this baby weight (+ the extra!) Total = 5 stone to lose.

    Update: stayed between 12-13 stone in 2012, now back in 2013 to get to goal!

    Restart 30th March, 14st 4lb, W1 -10lbs, W2 -1lbs





    Goal 1: To be under 15 stone - achieved 4th July 2011
    Goal 2: To lose 1 stone (14 stone 10bs) - achieved 21st July + 31st may 2012
    Goal 3: To no longer be obese (13 stone 9lbs) - achieved 18th August 2012 & 13th April 2013!
    Goal 4: To lose 3 stone (12 stone 10lbs) - achieved 19th february 2012
    Goal 5: To be 'healthy' (11stone 5lb)
    Target: 10 stone 10lbs (5 stone loss)

    im restarting on tues, my advice is get thro the 1st week and after that its a walk in the park, and glug glug that water, the more you drink the more you shrink x

    week 2- 3lbs switched to s&s and totm
    week3 - 6lbs

    week 4- sts

    MONTH 1 LOSS =19.4LBS

    week 5 - 6lbs
    week 6- 41/2lbs ( weigh in 3 days early going on holiday)
    week 7-3lbs (holiday week)
    week 8-1lb (totm)

    month 2 = 14lbs

    week 9 ​- 5lbs
    week 10 ​-4lbs
    week 11​- 5lbs
    week 12 - STS TOTM GRRRR

    month 3 = 14lbs!!!!!

    week 13= ​- 4lb
    week14 = ​- 5.5lbs
    week 15= no weigh in
    week 16= -3lbs

    month 4 = ​12lbs

    week 17 = ​-3lbs
    week 18 =- 1lb
    week 19= 4.6lb

    Hey, Yes 4 packs a day with nowt else. If I eat I will loose focus I think. Day one went well, plenty of water thanks everyone! and found a new love of green tea. I am not hungry yet, but I know it is on its way!! lol. will fight through it!

    I'm almost finishing day 1 and LOVING the packs!
    Had caramel shake (breakfast), mushroom soup (lunch) cottage pie, 100g broccoli, 100g cauliflower (dinner) final product will be a bar not sure which one yet lol when watching the soaps :-)

    Well done to u too, day three done here. Feeling really good, not hungry which is surprising, but realised how much of an emotional eater I am, as I keep wanting to eat but I know I'm not hungry!

    Thanks I'm on day 3 tomorrow hopefully will be a nice day lol! Would be nice anyway :-)
    Yeah I know I was thinking if we can survive off 650odd calories per day when I used to say I was hungry I really wasn't!!! Can't believe it! Just hoping for a good weigh in on Monday!!!
