    Hi all,

    Im switching to s&s from Lipotrim. Just wondering what you guys recommend wrt food packs/ shakes and bars? Ive ordered a starter pack so have some to start me off.

    Goal 2 - Get into the 15s. Done
    Goal 3 - get into the 14s. Done
    Goal 4 - stick to 30 day sit up challenge. On hold due to back pain
    Goal 5 - stick to 30 day squat challenge. On hold due to back pain
    Goal 6 - Get into the 13s. Done
    Goal 7 - get into the 12s. Done
    Goal 8 - get into the 11s
    Goal 9 - refeed successfully
    Goal 10 - Maintain by healthy eating & gym

    S&S packs are so much more tasty than Exante!
    I'm a big fan of all the meals and porridge. All the bars are yummy as well.

    Ordering a trial pack will definitely give you an idea of what you like and don't like.

    I pretty much like everything on S&S compared to only chocolate tetras on CD. I have to say, after the horrid CD porridge, I haven't plucked up the courage to try one on slim and save. I cant face it incase its like lumpy balls of powder enveloped in wallpaper paste.

    thanks ladies. Im on day 3 now. the meals make me feel sick. I tried the red fruits shake today and it was so nice, best one yet.
